Principle
The volume to be filling is measured by the servo flow
measuring devices with the filling accuracy of +/- O. 1 %.
This servo measuring gear device having pick up system which
consists of one sensor unit which are screwed into the cover
of the phoenix measuring device and a downstream switch
amplifier, this amplifier connected with the measuring
device by means of a temp resistant cable and installed
outside the high temp area where ambient temp can be exist
up to 85°C. The flow of liquid is to be measured and
controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). |

Salient features
II settings to be done on the MMI (Man Machine Interface)
keypad which is provided on the control panel. This
measuring device are fully protected by Ex housing (IP
65).This technology are mostly used in very high pressure,
highly hazardous, very sensitive material explosive liquid
and also it is used in liquid gas.
Flow meters are electroplated with special housing with SS
gear wheel which gives 20 years of life to flow meters. |

Automatic
Adjustments
1) Panel Board itself by pneumatically plus gear motor shaft
can set the height of CAN/JARS very easy even during filling
time. Automatic height adjustment on finger tip from the
minimum adjustment required for setting different capacity
from 5OOml to 15000ml with varying containers. This unique
range can do entire range can be set on the machine with
minimum time, no change parts required.
2) Minimum change over time is required while changing from
one jar size to other pack size and also to set the
capacity
3) Machine is absolutely "drip free" with well designed
nozzles ensuring repeat recycling of sequences. Diving
nozzle arrangement with drip tray is provided. (Triple
trigger function nozzles design in Italy)
4) "No bottles No fill" sensor will ensure that filling does
not take place when bottles are not in alignment with the
nozzle. |

MOC
1) Constructed with STD components with M5 powder coated
cabinet and contact parts in special nozzle make of
Aluminium or Stainless steel as per customer requirements.
2) Machine will be equipped with PLC for controls of fuction
of the machines. Alphanumeric LCD display MMI (Man Machine
Interface) is used to display various messages. Volume
settings are done on the touch key pad. Volume setting is
easy, quick and to be able to set by touch keypad facilities
with minimum changeover time. Complete set of PLC & MMI is
made in JAPAN |

The machine will be equipped with a 2 separate pump set
which can be operate together and also individually as per
the speed and viscusity of the material and the conveyor
will make of 55.304 slat chain 16 feet motorized with (on
availability) 16 feet motorized slat chain conveyor with
"siemens/ Hindustan" make Motor and "Bonfiglioli" make Gear
Box made in Italy. (For filling 15000ml, conveyor will be of
double track with slat chain 13", as per the size

The body of the
machine consists of two parts, one is body frame and the
other is body cover. Both are made up of 55 304 food graded
material.
The body frame structure is made of 55304 material box pipe
heavy thickness.
The frame is made by the application of argon welding
carried by highly skilled technicians to get the perfection
of the dimensions required.
The body cover is fabricated with 55 304 sheet metal using
numerically controlled pressing machine to get perfect
required dimension on CNC machine.
