The machine is designed for tightening pre-threaded plastic caps
on HOPE, PET containers.

Operation of the Machine & It's scope:
The machine is suitable for tightening pre-threaded plastic caps with the set torque.
A self releasing clutch mechanism is provided to tighten the caps to pre-set
torque The caps are to be placed manually on the mouth of the container.
The container to be placed under the capping head by the operator in the reference locators.
The head comes down pneumatically on actuation of the foot switch.
After tightening the cap to the set torque the head will move up on releasing the foot switch.
Required Utilities:
415 Volts, 50Hz, A.C. 3 Phase power supply. 6 Kg. pressure compressed air. |
